I Heart Corrinne May

Beautiful Seed - Corrinne May in Concert. I was so hoping she would do "Same Side of the Moon" on guitar but she didn't! Still, it was a lovely night just sitting there and listening to her as she plays the grand piano and regales us with the engaging tales that her songs are. Although I can never quite relate to her songs spiritually, it's amazing how she conjures such beautiful lyrics from the simplest of things in life.

I believe we got this album 3 days before the rest of the world! Sigh, didn't get it autographed in the end because the waiting time was too long and it was already midnight. I am really regretting it because she talked to everyone who went up to her as she would her friend and took as many photos with them as they liked! Which also explains the long waiting time. I think the last person waited till what 3am?! Damn it, I should have asked those staying in NUS halls to queue for me! Haha.
