So CNY came and went. I'm not sure if there actually are families that celebrate on the scale of fifteen days but for us, anything festive ends by the third day, which is today. We had our last new year visit yesterday evening and spent the rest of the night hunting for supper together with our relatives. Eventually, we settled down at this 24-hour Roti Prata shop along Thomson Road which is supposed to be famous.

It was crowded and very noisy, which would be expected because most other eateries were closed for the new year. But oh, the pratas tasted seriously good - very crispy and none too oily, you would want to savour every piece without adding sugar or curry.

Told you CNY is all about overeating.
