I was mistaken about having to return my 11-B to the SAF. So pink IC is back (yayness), but 11-B is not going leave, not until I am done with reservist at least I think. Anyway, it was totally dream-like to be getting back the pink IC which was abruptly taken away from me in a chaotic mess at Tekong last year. I didn't even remember much about how it looks like except that it bears a rather dashing photo of me. So now, after going through so much, it's finally back in my possession again. It was not without a struggle today though, and it had a lot to do with a certain high-flying scholar. Thankfully, one of my PCs went the extra mile to help us with this last hurdle and everything else went smoothly thereafter. I can only say I have not met an officer who made the camp look any friendlier.

About Me

byponders is no longer in his early twenties, but still spends too much time pondering the imponderables and enjoys an occasional dose of arty goodness. He looks forward to having his own library, Bloomberg machine and walk-in Heineken fridge one day.
